healthy and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients

eggs
·
1
tsp milk
·
1
tbsp parsley
·
4 diced
into quarter cherry tomatoes
·
½ tbsp
Olive oil
·
¼ cup goats cheese
·
½ tbsp
fresh basil leaves (to garnish)
·
Salt
and black pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Beat
the eggs, milk, parsley, cherry tomatoes and salt and pepper together in a
bowl.
2.
Heat
the olive oil in an omelet pan. Then add the egg mixture and cook over medium
heat, forking over the omelet so that it cooks evenly.
3.
As soon
as it is set on the underside, add the cheese over one half of the omelet.
4.
Carefully
slide the omelet on to a serving plate, folding it in half as you go.
5.
Garnish
with fresh basil leaves.
6.
