Ingredients

200 g dried penne

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tbsp lemon zest

1 lemon

¼ cup of basil leaves

½ cup of wild rocket leaves

2 tbsp of freshly grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until al
dente, about 9 minutes, then drains.
2. Return the pasta to the pan and place over a low heat.
3. Add all the remaining of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper
and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
4. Serve immediately!
