Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs Recipe

 Hello friends! Today I am going to share with you an easy quick healthy recipe of lemon herb chicken thighs.

Serves: 2 persons
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes


-       6 chicken thighs
-       1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
-       ¼ cup of lemon juice
-       1 tbsp of lemon zest
-       3 cloves minced garlic
-       1 tsp of dried rosemary
-       1 tsp of thyme
-       ½ tsp of onion powder
-       ¼ tsp of salt
-       1/8 tsp of black pepper


1.    Rinse the chicken thighs and place them into an sheet pan.
2.    In a small mixing bowl, mix all your ingredients then spread them evenly over your chicken thighs.
3.    Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven 170°C
4.    Remove from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes then serve
5.    Enjoy and bonne appetite!
